What we do

Dexibit predicts and analyses visitor behaviour to drive engagement and bring more people through the doors. Our product includes forecasts, insights and dashboards equipped with machine learning, natural language processing and more. 

We serve predominantly larger venues through an enterprise sales business model and pride ourselves with our leading success motions that help bring Dexibit’s international industry focus to our customers through our product. 

The startup environment is fast paced. We’re always learning, discovering, and adjusting course. We take a super collaborative approach to getting stuff done. This means you will be exposed to the complete engine of how product and customer teams come together to deliver insight through technology to users.

In addition to Dexibit, we use Salesforce, Hubspot and Atlassian to round out our customer team tooling.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have experience in a customer facing role with exposure to data, software (preferably as a service) and a quota carry. 

  • Foster Trust: You’ll build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with our partners, serving as a trusted advisor. Your ability to listen and empathise with curiosity to understand the customer’s problems will be key to establishing trust.
  • Promote Accountability: You’ll take ownership of customer accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to maximizing the value of their data. You’ll collaborate with clients to define clear data objectives and work alongside them to achieve these goals.
  • Champion Learning: A passion for learning is at the heart of what we do. You’ll proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge in data driven insights and industry trends. By staying up to date, you’ll offer innovative solutions that empower clients to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate Integrity: we believe that integrity is the foundation of strong relationships within our team and across the organization. As a Success Manager, you will consistently demonstrate honesty and transparency with your team and clients.
  • Embrace Adaptability: The landscape of data and insights is ever evolving. You’ll thrive in an environment that demands proactivity and adaptability, quickly adjusting to new challenges and opportunities. Your flexibility will be essential in guiding clients through change.

Most importantly, you must demonstrate an ability to work in a collaborative environment, be an organised and confident problem solver and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly in a distilled, meaningful manner.

You’ll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (in an engineering, science, or related discipline)
  • A love of working with customers and a willingness to go the extra mile for them
  • A natural ability to actively listen, be curious, ask high impact questions and deliver clear, contextualised information
  • Demonstrated math and analytical skills and the ability to creatively yet pragmatically apply these in real world scenarios to solve problems
  • An understanding SaaS mechanics
  • A quick study and product mindset

Key responsibilities/accountability

  1. Plan for seamless onboardings, as well as ongoing customer relationships, including renewals, expansion and customer health
  2. Maintain customer data integrity to a high standard and provide valuable recommendations to enhance insights extraction
  3. Develop and share deep knowledge of the industry, customers, users and their data opportunities
  4. Be an expert in Dexibit’s product and attractions data as an industry evangelist
  5. Keeping a product ear for feedback and opportunity
