Inside the Cockpit: How data & AI power operations

The Insights Lounge

Fireside chats with visitor attraction executives leading with data.

Inside the cockpit at Hill Aerospace Museum. A fireside chat on how data and AI support day to day operations, visitor insight, forecasting, and decision making with Dexibit in a United States Airforce museum.

“With these methods we have from Dexibit, we’re able to continuously gather different types of visitor data to overall understand – not just ticket sales – but what are they buying, what are they looking at. We have a lot of repeats, which means we’re doing something right.

One of my favourite questions on the Ask feature of Dexibit is ‘so hey, what’s going on with our visitation, how are our numbers comparing?’. I even have it forecast for me. I really like how it shows me it’s thinking steps and it shows me where it’s looking.

I’m really glad Dexibit is here for my data journey.”

Culture de Données: Leading with Data at Ingenium

The Insights Lounge

Fireside chats with visitor attraction executives leading with data.

Join Olivier Carré-Delisle, Vice President at Ingenium, Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation for a behind the scenes look at how a national museum network is shaping a culture of data. From launching Dexibit in a single department to championing data literacy across teams, Olivier shares how personas, report design, and leadership mindset are helping turn curiosity into actionable insight.

“Your greatest opportunity and your greatest challenge, at the same time, is your imagination.

There’s so much you can do with data. And there’s so much that you don’t know, at the same time.

And you can’t do it yourself. It changes so quickly.”

Passing go: starting strong with data at Monopoly Dreams in Melbourne

Fireside chats with visitor attraction executives leading with data.

An inside look at launching a new attraction, building a data culture from day one, and unlocking insight across a new operation, together with Sophie Webber, General Manager at Monopoly Dreams in Melbourne.

“This is a real game changer for this industry. You honestly take data for granted when you work in other spaces… we’d spend so much time trying to manually sort this out – to be able to get the efficiencies from a data platform. ”
